He's All I Need

For many many months now I have been in the battle of my life. It has surely been noticeable that many of my posts are about leaning on the Lord. It seems I've had a great deal of experience doing that lately. Thank God that He promises that if we draw nigh unto Him that He will draw nigh unto us (James 4:8). And what a promise that is. Certainly one which constantly gives comfort.

I don't know what tomorrow holds but I do know who holds tomorrow. Someday I will look back on these darker days and be able to see each and every move that God has made. Someday I will be able to help someone who is walking the same path. Someday I will be able to testify with an exuberance that God is all I need. I hope you will take the time to listen to He's All I Need by the Kingsmen.

Cathryn,
These last several posts have been a blessing to me. I know you were talking about "some day" but your ministry on your blog is helping people today.

I have been floundering a bit, not knowing where God wants me to go to church, but I know He will direct my steps. He is all I need, and I will continue to pray to keep Satan at bay.

More hugs, and prayers,
Sue

Hugs dear friend.
You are right God is all we need. I can honestly say the past valleys have brought me so much closer to the Lord, and given me opportunities to witness to others and be an encouragement. I will pray that God will give you strength to press on and you will see the coming rainbow out of this!
In My Prayers,
Brandie

Cathyrn, You are in my prayers dear one. Stay close to Him, let Him carry you through this dark valley. He's faithful to see you through.
Please keep writing, keep in touch. Let's encourage one another. I know I haven't been around much the month of January, but I've appreciated you and your encouragement.
Lovingly,
Marsha

Dear Cathryn, I just stopped by to thank you for coming to visit me even when I could not return the visit for the encouragement even when I could not return the encouragement. I was praying for you and my other friends. I thank you for praying for me while I was ill. It meant so much.

Sometimes we do not know what another person is going through but God does. Sometimes we don't know what to say or how to help but if we ask God, He will be there and be all that the person needs to get through the valley that they are going through. You are right dear Cathry, when you make it to the Mountian top you can look back and see all the fruit God produced in you during this time. love you, connie

Cathryn,

I'm continuing to pray for you as you walk *through* this dark valley.

Just the other day I was singing this line too ~ "I don't know WHAT tomorrow holds, but I do know WHO holds tomorrow in His hands" :o)

Blessings to you and your family!
